8-Week Beginner Series
Yoga can be pretty intimidating with all of it’s foreign terminology, the common misconception that you need to be flexible to do it, and the buzz it’s gotten via crazy yoga poses circulating online. This 8-Week series is designed for a complete beginner to yoga- there are no prerequisites. If you can breathe, you can do this 🙂 Rachel will lead you through different breathing techniques for energy, grounding, balance and calm. You will learn various forms of meditation, and will also be introduced to different styles of practice each week- some gentle and stretching based, some more active and a combination between the two! Not every kind of yoga is for everyone, but there is a style of yoga for everyone…you just need to figure out what’s for you- Rachel will help guide you on that journey!
Again, no experience necessary. Give yourself permission to not know, to feel afraid, and to do it anyways! Just bring your own yoga mat and an open heart and mind. You can do this!!
