Nutritional Counseling Pricing:
Two 30 minute sessions plus 3 text/email/telephone follow-ups. This package is recommended for all new clients. $150
Mini Consult- 45 minute session plus 2 text/email/telephone follow-ups. $90
Micro Consult- 30 minute session plus 1 text/email/telephone follow-up. $60

For as long as I can remember I’ve been fascinated with health and wellness. It’s really been the theme of my life’s work to find ways to help people be healthy. I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian with over 30 years of diverse experience in nutrition and public health. My bachelor’s degree is from Miami University and I completed my Master’s degree at The Ohio State University. I also have completed certifications in childhood obesity prevention, plant-based nutrition, and a plant-based cooking course.
I am a lifelong learner and in the past 5 years this has taken me into the field of lifestyle medicine, which focuses on nutrition and lifestyle modifications to improve health. With 3 grown daughters, I have a little more time on my hands these days and I look forward to helping others get their nutrition questions answered and identify small changes they can make that will produce their desired health results. In our sessions we will work together to find ways to meet your nutrition goals, which in combination with the other wellness offerings at Grass Roots Studio, will help you become your healthiest self!
Jody Mealey, RD, LD
I’m a Registered and Licensed Dietitian and attained my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from The Ohio State University. I completed a diverse dietetic internship through Family Health Council, Inc. in Pittsburgh and have over twenty years of experience in the field of dietetics.
My approach to health and wellness is simple… it’s a total body approach. It is a lifestyle change!

When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with friends and family, working out and doing outdoor activities. I also have three kids that keep me very busy!
