Yoga For Men Series
Yoga, designed just for men! Whether you are an active athlete, weekend golfer, or a marathon runner this 4-week series is designed for guys searching for a holistic approach to overall health and fitness. Created for beginner and intermediate students, the program will break down biomechanics of the practice, as well as, the basics of mindfulness and meditation. It’s a progressive series, so each week will build upon the last. Each class is 90 minutes, leaving plenty of time for questions and feedback. Led by Sandy Booth, RYT 200 Hour Instructor.
Sunday 4/8 through Sunday 4/29 (4 consecutive Sundays) 1:00-2:30pm
