Prenatal Yoga Series
Led by special guest instructor and Zanesville native, Ashley Wolfe. Pregnancy is a transitional time for women both physically and emotionally. This prenatal series is about honoring these changes as you connect with baby. With the use Ashley’s medical knowledge, she focuses on postures to help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and alleviate common discomforts. And most importantly, she teaches the use of breath to prepare for a healthy, mindful approach towards labor and birth.Each week will focus on a specific topic to help you gain the knowledge and tools to take home with you. Come share and connect with other expecting moms during this wonderful time in your life!
Sunday 10/7 through Sunday 10/28 (4 consecutive Sundays) 2:00-3:15pm
